Dino Bros is a voxel puzzle platformer where two dinosaur brothers take turns, using each other as steps and switches to reach the exit of every level.

About Dino Bros

Dino Bros is a cooperative puzzle you can play alone. Two blocky dinosaurs, one pink and one yellow, share each level and you switch control between them. Neither can finish on his own: one holds a pressure plate while the other crosses, one stands still so the other can climb on his back, and both have to reach the exit for the level to count. The levels are small dioramas, so you can usually see the whole solution once you know the rules.

It is friendly and gentle, aimed at short sessions. New mechanics arrive one at a time, such as moving platforms, keys and doors, and a second player can join on the same keyboard for proper co-op.

How to Play Dino Bros

Move the active dinosaur with the arrow keys and jump over gaps.
Switch to the other brother when you need his help.
Use one dinosaur as a step or a weight on a switch for the other.
Bring both brothers to the exit door.

Controls

Arrow keys: move and jump with the active dinosaur.
Tab or the switch button: swap brothers.
Two players: one uses the arrow keys and the other WASD.

Tips and Tricks

Move the taller obstacles' helper first. If a dinosaur needs to stand on the other, position the base before you jump.
Pressure plates release when the dinosaur steps off, so send the other one through the door before you move.
Falling into water only sends the dinosaur back to the start of the level, so experiment freely.
Look for the exit first, then work backwards to figure out who needs to be where.
